It’s now 13 years since you passed. Eva and Dan are now adults and you would be so proud of them. Eva starts University in Wrexham in September and Dan still isn’t quite sure what he wants to do for a career. I’ve been married to Mark for 5 years next month - we married on mum and dads a 45th Wedding Anniversary. Life has had its ups and downs for us - Dan is a type 1 diabetic, I have rheumatoid arthritis and Eva has recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Eva is with a lovely boy called Dan who has an amazing daughter called Amelia and Dans staying away from girls at the moment - he reckons me and Eva have put him off them. We have 4 dogs now, sadly we lost Pottie earlier this year and Tilly last year. Eva has a dog called Marshall - he’s huge but really loving and she adores him. Eva moved out last year but her, Dan and Marshall are coming home soon. I still miss you but Mark makes me happy and he really loves Eva and Dan. I hope that you are happy wherever you are - we keep seeing ghosts in the house and I really hope that it’s you visiting us and keeping us safe. I will always love you and am so glad we had our short time together. Thank you for giving Eva and Dan to me and giving me the most precious memories of our time together. Love always Mandy xxx

It's nearly 7 years since your passing and we've had some really hard times. We survived though. Both Eva and Daniel are at High School and you would be so proud of them. They both go to scouts and love it, just like you did, in fact we found a photo of you in your cub uniform the other night. I've found love again, I honestly never thought I would but I'm sure you sent Mark to me, thank you so much. Mum and dad still miss you like mad (mum cries every time she hears your name) but they have both accepted Mark, they will always love you though. Your sister Jennifer passed away last month, we will miss her, but I know she is happy with you and your mum and dad. Love always. Mandy xxxx

Its nearly a year since you were taken from me. At times it feels like forever and at other times I cannot believe you have been gone for so long. I remember your beautiful smile, the way you used to look at me as if no-one else existed in this world. We had the best marriage ever and we created the two most gorgeous children in the world. I remember our last morning together. You were hopping around the lounge in your boxer shorts with Eva and Dan singing "Jingle Bell Rock". I watched you with a proud smile on my face and when you saw me you came over to me and gave me a massive kiss and cuddle and told me you loved me. I guess that is a really special memory, one I will cherish for the rest of my life. I miss you sweetheart, every second of every day. I will always love you. Love forever Mandy
